My company rewards lazy agents

Gosh I love how customer service personnel keeps getting more and more responsibilities to “assist” agents with no addition in pay or other incentives. All it does is encourage agents to get lazier and lazier. While these lazy agents hardly show up to the office or refuse to do their own jobs when they do and still get rewarded exotic trips… customer service is stuck doing their jobs and the agents jobs while their awarded backyard trips keep getting harder and harder to obtain. Management loves to act like they are praising your efforts but their words are really double edged swords: “You’re doing good but do better!”
